The firm is in Calgary, Alberta. The work is development: sites, studies, partners, permits and a commercial structure. Construction and operation come after a project is real enough to name.

How the work is organized
These are functions, not a staff list. People are named when the firm confirms them.

Development
We take a concept through site screening, studies and a development plan. Public pages carry a project only when the scope is confirmed.

Partnerships
Host communities, Indigenous nations, offtakers, suppliers and capital partners each have a role. Those conversations start while the plan can still move.

Permitting and milestones
Applications, environmental work and later construction milestones are tracked as a sequence. The stage of any project is stated only when it is confirmed.

Commercial structuring
Power purchase terms, ownership and financing have to fit the project. We shape that structure with counterparties. Returns and tariffs are not quoted on this site.
